Eliška is a lawyer, a registered mediator, and a founding partner of the law firm ME:LEGAL, that provides tailor-made legal services to its clients. She always strives to find comprehensive and efficient solutions for her clients, with their satisfaction being her primary goal.
Eliška graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague, and also studied social work at the Faculty of Arts of the same university. During her studies, she developed skills such as empathy, conflict management, and negotiation. She started her career at a small law firm specializing in real estate and corporate law. Later, she worked as a lawyer for a medium-sized established law firm focusing mainly on foreign clients.
Eliška can assist you with setting up a company, making changes within a company, establishing relationships between partners, and selling your company. Eliška provides legal services in Czech and English. She mostly enjoys finding new solutions for her clients' problems, meeting inspiring people, and continuously improving her professional knowledge.

Mgr. Maxim Hirsch, LL.M.
Maxim is a lawyer and founding partner of the law firm ME:LEGAL, providing legal services to his clients after a thorough analysis of their needs and case. He works closely and openly with clients to address their requirements, and finds the most suitable solutions for them.
Maxim graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague, and also completed an LL.M. programme at the Faculty of Law at the University of Heidelberg (Germany), focusing particularly on contract law. Before founding the firm, he gained experience in a specialized Czech law firm, focused on healthcare and real estate law. He also worked as a lawyer in the real estate team of a leading Czech investment group with international outreach.
Given his experience, he offers advice in the area of real estate law, guiding his clients – whether they are developers, architects, construction contractors, or other entrepreneurs or investors – through the entire complex process of real estate transactions. He also advises his clients on contract matters and corporate law. Thanks to his language skills, Maxim advises clients in Czech, English, German, and Italian, and thus, he is particularly able in providing legal services to foreigners seeking legal assistance in the Czech Republic.
